Stephen Meyer was on hand for yesterday’s March for Science on the National Mall in Washington, DC. He chatted with our old friend and Discovery Institute alum Anika Smith of The Stream, confessing that due to a “stodgy upbringing,” this is his first protest march ever!

Steve and Anika observe that just over Steve’s shoulder is the famous Smithsonian Institution Building, aka The Castle. That was the scene of a famous instance of academic persecution involving biologist Richard Sternberg and a peer-reviewed science article by Dr. Meyer that became the seed of Darwin’s Doubt.

It’s an entertaining conversation. Watch it now.
