Look what’s out in the middle of Elliott Bay opposite Discovery Institute’s Seattle headquarters. It’s an unusual and somewhat rundown-looking cargo ship. Here’s a closer look:

On the front, they’ve painted the word EVOLUTION. Presumably the ship’s name, or is it? I watched for several minutes and it’s clearly not moving at all. Just parked there, going nowhere. I think they’re taunting us.

On the back, they’ve painted another word, VIGOR. Interesting. Apparently a reference to what they regard as the still robust nature of neo-Darwinian explanations. Yeah, sure, guys. Whatever you say.
