We’ve all had it happen it happen to us. You hear about an event featuring your favorite scientist or scholar from the world of intelligent design research, but — drat! — you are too far away or otherwise unable to attend. Well, here’s an occasion when we’ve got you covered, no matter where you are, thanks to the wonders of the Internet.

Stephen Meyer, philosopher of science and New York Times bestselling author, will lead a webinar just five days from now, and you are cordially invited. Interact with Dr. Meyer as he offers a live presentation on his book Darwin’s Doubt: The Explosive Origin of Animal Life and the Case for Intelligent Design.

It doesn’t matter where you reside on the globe or what your time zone might be. There’s no dress code, no name badge to wear, and you don’t have to spend any money! Just use your computer, smartphone, or tablet to connect…and enjoy!

The date is Tuesday, March 7, 2017, 10 am Pacific Time (18:00 GMT). More information is here. And you can register by going here.

From the description:

In this webinar, Dr. Stephen Meyer will tell the story of the mystery surrounding this explosion of animal life — a mystery that has intensified, not only because the expected ancestors of these animals have not been found, but because scientists have learned more about what it takes to construct an animal. During the last half-century, biologists have come to appreciate the central importance of biological information — stored in DNA and elsewhere in cells — to building animal forms. Meyer will show that the origin of this information, as well as other mysterious features of the Cambrian event, are best explained by intelligent design, rather than purely undirected evolutionary processes.

This webinar is hosted by FOCL (Forum of Christian Leaders). Many thanks to our friends there for making this opportunity possible.
