As Jay Richards and Casey Luskin have reported here in detail, it’s been the burden of the new Cosmos series with Neil Tyson to hammer away at the purported tension between science and religion. I’m proud that we’re providing a counterbalance to that, with each episode, debunking claims made by Dr. Tyson that distort history, science, or both.

Along with Jay and Casey’s work, watch Stephen Meyer’s interview with John Ankerberg on the evidence from cosmology that demands a conclusion in favor of theism. The focus in this segment is on the Big Bang. It’s only when the scientific details are elided or distorted, or creatively reimagined, that materialism can still stand up in light of what we now know.
