It won’t be on sale till June 3 but the paperback of Stephen Meyer’s book, Darwin’s Doubt: The Explosive Origin of Animal Life and the Case for Intelligent Design, hit our offices and it’s a beauty. HarperOne as always does a fine job.

The best thing about it is that it includes a new 33-page Epilogue in which Dr. Meyer responds in detail to his critics, devastatingly but with all the calm and courtesy that many of them lacked. Even if you already own the hardback, we would venture to guess you’ll want the paperback as well for that alone.
More later.
