The work we do at Evolution News & Views is indispensable. There, we said it. No other source, daily or otherwise, gathers high-level critical analysis of evolutionary science, while explaining the fast-accumulating scientific case for intelligent design in biology and cosmology, with the rigor, integrity and even elegance that we do.

This is not the time to be modest. It is instead the time for our annual Christmas appeal to our wonderful readers.

Where else will you go to find the stars of the ID movement, the scientists and scholars who are changing the face of biology, radically revising the way that other scientists speak and write about evolution — Stephen Meyer, Michael Behe, Doug Axe, Jonathan Wells, William Dembski, Ann Gauger, David Berlinski, Paul Nelson, Richard Sternberg, and more — alongside the top reporters and analysts in the world of ID — Casey Luskin, Jonathan M., Denyse O’Leary, and indeed the indefatiable ENV himself — and ID’s preeminent scholars of history, culture, science — John West, Michael Egnor, Michael Flannery, Tom Bethell, Bruce Chapman?

Every day, we tell you what the latest relevant science says, what it means, and why it matters.

Even as the mainstream media suppress news of the very serious scientific debate about Darwinian theory going on in peer-reviewed journals and elsewhere at the highest levels of real science, we highlight and explain it for both a general and a scientific audience. We open a window on an otherwise very stealthy scientific conversation. In fact, if you want to know what’s happening in that debate, there’s no address that gets you there more directly than ENV.

As I said, our work is indispensable. And of course our technical, business and general staff at Discovery Institute, including quarterback/communications director Robert Crowther, make it all possible.

It doesn’t happen for free. With that in mind, please think about how much you would like to contribute to keep this important effort going. We are not planning to ding you with persistent appeals like they do on NPR. Click on the convenient red button now, please.

Pass this on to your friends. Don’t forget. Do it now. Yes, it’s tax-deductible. Thank you!
